a). When you have accumulated personal sales of 1,600BV worth of
products, you will qualify as a Wholesaler.
b). As a wholesaler, you will be entitled to: |
|
|
(i). an 18% Personal Sales Bonus on subsequent personal sales
(ii). an 18% Personal Sales Bonus on 1,200 BV worth of products for any
Wholesale Pack sold to a new customer
(iii). over-riding commission on down line sponsored sales. (conditions apply) |

a). When you have made sales of 900 BV worth of products with at least 300 BV (1/3 – 2/3 rule) coming from the weaker side of your Business Centres, you will receive your first Global Performance Bonus commission. You must at least have 1/3 of that total revenue generated from the weaker side of your group sales to qualify for this commission. |

b). There is no flushing of your BV*. However, there is an maximum cap of 50,000 BV on your balance BV. As and when you have accumulated the stipulated BV, you will be entitled to the commission corresponding to the sales volume. The detailed commission calculation module is described in the Commission Calculation Table (next page).

* Cycle Rate fluctuates according to total company-wide completed sales versus total completed Cycles. Commission Range is subject to Cycle Rate. The current Cycle Rate is capped at USD 600.
c). When you have completed 5,000 BV worth of group sales, you will be considered to have completed one Cycle and the Commission Cycle will run anew. d). There is no limitation to the number of Cycles you may complete in one day, but there is an income cap of USD24,000 per week per Business Centre and a maximum of USD600 per Cycle. |

a). Every personal sales of any Testimonial Pack will entitle you to 1 G.I.V.E. Account . Every personal sale of any Wholesale Pack will entitle you to G.I.V.E. Accounts.
b). If you have at least 1 G.I.V.E Account and have complete 15 Cycles worth of sales accumulatively, you will be entitled to an International G.I.V.E. Bonus. c). Depending on the sales revenue of the Company, the International G.I.V.E. Bonus value will range from USD750 to USD1,800 and will be given in cash or products or both (the final decision on what to offer lies with the Company). |

When you have been promoted to the rank of Global Crown Director, and provided you have acquired at least 400BV worth of personal sales as your monthly personal maintenance, you will be entitled to a share in the GCD International Pool Bonus. GCD International Pool Bonus is equivalent to 1% of the Company’s total revenue. |

When you have been promoted to the rank of Global Royal Director, and provided you have acquired at least 400 BV worth of personal sales as your monthly personal maintenance, you will be entitled to a share in the GRD International Pool Bonus. GRD International Pool Bonus is equivalent to 1% of the Company’s total revenue. |

When you have been promoted to the rank of Global President Director, and provided you have acquired at least 400 BV worth of personal sales as your monthly personal maintenance, you will be entitled to a share in the GPD International Pool Bonus. GPD International Pool Bonus is equivalent to 1% of the Company’s total revenue. |
